​Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Business or any other analytical discipline
2 years’ experience in a customer service field or 3 years’ experience in an administrative position
Knowledge of construction and maintenance terminology
Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology
Knowledge of property management processes
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Cinc Systems, Condo Certs, 

Own or Live in a HOA or a COA. 

Minimum Qualifications for all Positions

In this job you will have a variety of job duties: 

  • Valid Driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Dependable transportation that you own. 
  • Ability to work in person and remotely as needed. 
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed. 
  • Ability to walk long distances on uneven ground. 
  • Ability to spend parts of your workday in an outdoor environment 
  • Numerical and financial aptitude
  • ​Ability to interpret and understand instructions and solve problems

Job Description

​Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday- Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm 

Board meeting attendance and emergency line assistance may be additional hours worked as needed.
